Medium Giant is looking for a motivated Paid Search Specialist to join our rapidly growing team of journalists. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) professional to play a key role in optimizing paid search campaigns, providing data-driven insights, and contributing to overall client success.
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will oversee daily campaign optimization, provide in-depth insights, and collaborate with key team members to create and improve paid search strategies. You will also work closely with our Customer Engagement team to ensure that client requests are met appropriately while staying ahead of industry trends. 5 Campaign Management and Optimization
✔️ Create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns based on defined KPIs.
✔️ Improve bidding strategy, keyword targeting, and ad placement.
✔️ Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
✔️ Review search query ratio (SQR) reports and adjust bids based on audience/device/geo.
✔️ Ensure campaigns are designed effectively and based on best practices.
Data and Analytics
✔️ Provide data-driven insights to key team members and customers.
✔️ Analyze market trends, budget dynamics, and auction insights to improve campaign strategies.
✔️ Track conversion metrics and provide suggestions for improvement.
✔️ Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and attribution models to improve campaign performance.
Collaboration and Customer Relations
✔️ Work closely with the Customer Engagement team to ensure timely response to customer requests.
✔️ Support senior leaders by telling stories and analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
✔️ Share knowledge and best practices with other Kulipa team members.
✔️ Regularly communicate insights and results to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
🎯 Required Experience and Skills:
✅ 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment managing SEM campaigns.
✅ Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and manage budgets ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 per month.
✅ Google Ads approval required.
✅ Good knowledge of Google Analytics (events, goals, attribute models) and GTM is a plus.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data analysis.
✅ Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn) is a plus.
