Position Summary: Front Desk Agent
First contact for our guests, you provide outstanding service and guarantee a smooth check-in and check-out. Every visitor will experience a hospitable, elegant, and unforgettable stay because of your contribution.
Major Expectations
🔹 Guest Arrival & Departure:
On all arrivals, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and provide room keys.
✔️ Verify billing accuracy on every check-out and settle late or disputed costs.
✔️ Allow many payment methods (room charges, money, credit, debit, traveler’s checks).
🔹 Visitor Services and Communication: []
Respond guest messages, emails, and calls professionally,
Let visitors have access to local knowledge and property directions.
✔️ With Housekeeping verify rooms are prepared for check-in.
Explain the parking policies and deploy valet or bell staff on an as-needed basis.
🔹 Operations & Daily Reporting:
✔️ Provide daily reports on special requests, arrivals, and departures.
Balance, drop, and count receipts according to Accounting instructions and keep accuracy in cash handling.
✔️ In the system, done cashire reports and end-of-shift reports will be done.
🔹 **Safety and Compliance: Out of an abundance of caution,
✔️ Follow *hotel safety and security policies* and chronicle any accidents or dangers.
Maintain guest info confidentiality and safeguard company assets.
