As a Seasonal Team Member, you are crucial to enhancing the customer service experience by delivering quick and friendly assistance during our peak holiday period.
Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with customers, processing transactions, upholding merchandise and inventory standards, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that customers depart with a positive impression of their experience.
Positions may be available on a part-time or full-time basis, with duties rotating among cashier, sales specialist, or merchandiser/stock associate roles.
You will report directly to the store management team. This position is expected to be temporary, lasting no longer than six months, with the possibility to apply for a permanent role afterward.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming and building rapport with customers while informing them about our products and services.
- Execute cashier duties and adhere to minor policies while processing customer transactions.
- Share knowledge of Total Wine & More’s extensive product range.
- Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels; report any inventory-related issues or concerns to management.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and help customers load their purchases into their vehicles.

Qualifications We Seek
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, which may vary based on your preference for part-time or full-time hours.
- Familiarity with technology relevant to the role and the ability to access necessary information to fulfill daily tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to being a team player.
Physical Demands (With or Without Accommodations)
- Ability to walk, bend repeatedly, and stand for 8-10 hours daily.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
