What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)
Remote Electrical Engineer, your main duties will be:.
Preparing Specifications: Accordingly, detailed project specification and engineering drawings shall be been provided to the client’s requirements.
Reviewing Vendor Drawings: Evaluate and approve vendor drawings while maintaining project specifications.
Effective Communication: Work with clients, subcontractors and other consultants to define requirements precisely and manage the size of the project and schedule.
Conducting Site Visits: Operations site visits to understand the requirements of a project and to become familiar with equipment at the vendor sites.
Adhering to Standards: Health, safety, security and environmental requirements must be complied with at all times in the engineering lifecycle.
What You Need (Qualifications)
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
- Professional License: A PE (Professional Engineer) license is mandatory.
- Experience: At least 4 years of related experience is desired.
- Knowledge of Codes: Working knowledge of electric design codes (e.g., NEC, NEMA, API and IEEE) is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- ABET Accreditation: A Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Field Experience: Hands-on experience in electrical engineering projects.
